Pavel Yemelyanov, a participant in the Time of Heroes program, a recipient of two Orders of Courage, and a participant in a special military operation, took over the post of Deputy Chairman of the government of the Ivanovo Region. This was announced on May 19 by the press service of the project.
"Pavel Yemelyanov, a holder of two orders of Courage and a participant in the Time of Heroes program, has been appointed deputy chairman of the government of the Ivanovo Region," the Telegram channel of the project says.
Yemelyanov joined the program in June 2025, becoming one of the 85 participants in the second stream of the "Time of Heroes".
