The cost of excursions to Lake Baikal, where five people died as a result of the capsizing of an airboat with tourists, reaches up to 16.5 thousand rubles per person. This was reported to RIA Novosti on May 19, citing data from open sources.

The East Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office clarified that the boat, which was taking a walk along the coast, belongs to the Crystal Baikal tour operator. According to its price list, the cost of excursions to the lake for one passenger reaches 16.5 thousand rubles.
