The queue at the psychiatric hospital in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk was formed due to the mass registration of certificates for school graduates required for admission to universities. This was announced on May 19 by the Ministry of Health of the Sakhalin Region.

"Due to the one-time visit, a queue has been formed. After 11:00 a.m., the flow of patients is significantly reduced, and you can visit a doctor as usual," the agency's statement said.
