The head of Rosseti spoke about the increase in labor productivity in the company

The forum "Improving Labor Productivity" was held in Krasnoyarsk under the leadership of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, where measures to increase economic efficiency and overcome the personnel shortage were discussed. Andrey Ryumin, Head of the ROSSETI Group, spoke at the plenary session and spoke about the measures applied in the electric grid complex.

"ROSSETI Group has one of the most extensive presence networks in the country. Our specialists work in 82 regions at more than one and a half thousand production sites, the total number of employees exceeds 235 thousand people. Labor productivity directly affects overall efficiency. Therefore, this issue is certainly in a special focus of attention," Ryumin stressed.

According to him, organizational solutions help to achieve the result — process optimization, elimination of excessive reporting and duplicate management levels. Technological changes are also having a positive effect: the creation of highly automated control centers, the development of intelligent accounting, the introduction of remote control, artificial intelligence systems and robotic complexes that help specialists.

In addition, Ryumin continued, the network complex is a natural monopoly industry, and the increase in productivity is significantly influenced by economies of scale; therefore, decisions taken at the government level of the Russian Federation to create an institute of backbone network organizations and adjust the criteria for compliance of territorial network organizations are of great importance.

The event was attended by Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Evgeny Grabchak, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Yurin, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and representatives of industrial and energy companies. It was noted that the work to increase productivity is carried out on behalf of the President of Russia and is a priority task in conditions of limited labor resources.
