The European Union (EU) has linked Ukraine's receipt of part of the €90 billion loan to the country's tax reforms. This was reported on May 18 by Bloomberg, citing sources.
"In order to receive funds, Kiev will have to adopt a law on expanding the share of foreign parcels subject to 20% value-added tax, payments for which are scheduled for June, September and the end of the year," the publication says.
