Miroshnik announced the financing of the United States under Biden's earnings in Ukraine

The administration of former US President Joe Biden actively funded research in biolabs in Ukraine, the results of which could be used to create biological weapons. This was stated on May 19 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

"Based on the reports received, it can be concluded that Ukraine was under the special eye of the Biden administration, which did not skimp on allocating funds even for conducting obscure and opaque research, the results of which could be the development of biological weapons, specialized viruses, or an assessment of the impact on the Slavs of all kinds of murderous biological developments," TASS quoted him as saying.
