Rosobrnadzor named the reasons for the removal of exam participants from exams in 2026

Rosobrnadzor has identified a list of violations for which a participant in the Unified State Exam-2026 can be removed from the exam site. This was reported on May 19 by RIA Novosti, referring to the relevant document.

According to the methodological recommendations, a participant in the certification may be deprived of the right to continue the exam for not completing tasks independently or communicating with other students in the classroom. It is prohibited to carry any means of communication, photo, audio and video equipment, as well as electronic computing equipment. In addition, graduates are prohibited from carrying reference materials and written notes (cheat sheets).

Removal from the exam venue is also threatened for attempting to take drafts and exam materials out of the classroom or photograph them.

In addition to the participants themselves, the restrictions apply to all persons who are in the PPE. They are prohibited from handing over any reference materials, equipment or means of communication. Violation of these regulations is also grounds for removal from the paragraph.

The document specifies that the act of removal is drawn up in two copies. The procedure takes place in the presence of a member of the State Examination Commission (GEC), the head of the point, the organizer and the public observer, if any. One copy of the document is issued to the violator, and the second one is sent to the GEC on the same day for further investigation.

Rosobrnadzor reported on May 17 that if an error was found in filling in the fields of the Unified State Exam (USE) registration form, a participant could make corrections in two ways. The first option involves applying new numbers or letters in thicker lines directly on top of the old entries. The second method is to cross out the wrong characters and then fill in the empty cells on the right.
