The Moscow Arbitration Court has invalidated transactions made in favor of Lilia Orlenko, a friend and former curator of the Marathon of Desires blogger Elena Blinovskaya. This was reported on May 18 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

The court granted the financial manager's application and decided to recover more than 132 million rubles from Orlenko. These funds are subject to return to Blinovskaya's bankruptcy estate.

The arbitration court also invalidated the transactions related to the blogger's activities and decided to recover about 35 million rubles from Daria Bondarenko, who helped organize her marathons.

Thus, the requirements of the financial manager within the Blinovskaya bankruptcy procedure were satisfied. The money is subject to return to the debtor's bankruptcy estate.

On February 16, four tractors, several motorboats and 15 plots of land near Vologda were also included.

In March 2025, the court found the "marathon queen" guilty of tax evasion on an especially large scale, money laundering, and illegal circulation of funds of payments and sentenced her to five years in a penal colony.

At the same time, Blinovskaya was released from criminal prosecution under the article on tax evasion due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. According to investigators, the blogger, using the scheme of "crushing" the business, underestimated the income received and did not pay VAT and personal income tax for the period 2019-2021. The amount amounted to more than 900 million rubles.

In October 2025, the Moscow City Court commuted the sentence, reducing the term to 4.5 years, and the fine from one million to 950 thousand rubles.
