Lada driver killed in collision with truck in Kurgan region

A man was killed in a collision between a car and a truck in the Vargashinsky district of the Kurgan region. This is reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred last Saturday, May 16, on the 309th km of the federal highway Chelyabinsk – Kurgan – Omsk – Novosibirsk. According to preliminary data, a tire exploded on a moving MAN truck, and the 48-year-old driver lost control.

The truck flew into the oncoming lane and crashed head-on into a Lada Vesta driven by a 57-year-old man. The driver received various injuries, from which he died, writes the news agency " <url>".
