Prince William is going to sell a fifth of his rightfully owned eldest son of the monarch of the Duchy of Cornwall. This was reported on May 18 by The Times newspaper, citing sources.

"Prince William will sell a fifth of the Duchy of Cornwall in the next 10 years and plans to invest 500 million pounds in the fight against housing and natural disasters," the material says.

The authors of the article specify that the possessions will be sold in different parts of the country. The Duchy owns 54,000 hectares of land in 21 counties and is valued at 1.1 billion pounds. As noted, William decided to retain key territories in the Isles of Scilly, Cornwall and Dartmoor National Park, as well as near the city of Bath and in Kennington in south London.

British Prince Harry, the youngest son of the current monarch Charles III, as reported on May 5, spent a significant portion of the funds left to him by his mother Princess Diana, grandmother Queen Elizabeth II and great-grandmother Queen Mother Elizabeth Angela Margarita Bowes-Lyon.

On March 23, Page Six learned that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle were shunned by neighbors in the California city of Montecito, where they moved to "become part of the community rather than living off it."
