In recent years, several public spaces have been improved in the Leninsky District, including the park in the village of Razvilka, the embankment of Nizhny Ascherinsky Pond, the territory of Maly Tarychevsky Pond, the space in Izmailovo and the skate park in Central Park. As part of the national program, 12 schools and 13 kindergartens were built in Lyubertsy, 20 parks and squares were landscaped, 92 courtyards were renovated and more than 130 "folk trails" were established.

Two schools and two municipal kindergartens were also introduced in Kotelniki during this period. In addition, the construction of a complex in the Experimental Field microdistrict with a school for 2.1 thousand places and a kindergarten for 350 places is continuing.
