The full amount of the bail was paid for the former head of the office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Andrei Ermak. This was reported on May 18 by the publication "Public" with reference to the country's Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.

"The full amount of the deposit has already been paid for Ermak," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that a bail of 140 million hryvnias ($ 3.1 million) was paid for the former head of the office of the Ukrainian leader.

Yermak, accused of corruption and detained for 60 days, announced on May 14 that his lawyers would appeal the court's decision as soon as possible. According to him, he does not have the funds to make a deposit of 140 million hryvnias. Speaking about this, the former head of the office of the President of Ukraine noted that he has enough connections to find the right amount.

At the same time, Ermak's lawyer Igor Fomin reported on May 15 that Ukrainian banks refused to service money transfers for a deposit of 140 million hryvnias for the arrested ex-head of the presidential office.
