The shortage of personnel in the labor market pushes enterprises to raise wages to attract employees. This was stated by the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov.

"In the situation of a shortage of personnel, which was discussed earlier, enterprises are trying to attract workers, including through higher salaries than competitors. At the same time, the structure of the economy is changing, growth in different sectors is uneven," he said in an interview with RBC.
