The International Criminal Court (ICC) has requested arrest warrants for a number of Israeli officials and military personnel, but their number has not been specified. This was reported by the newspaper Haaretz, citing a source.
"The ICC Constitution does not oblige the court to notify suspects of an arrest warrant," said Eliav Lieblich, a professor of public international law at Tel Aviv University.
