Actor Pavel Yerlykov from the film "Okolofootball" was accused of fraud

Pavel Yerlykov, an actor from the film "Near Football," was accused of fraud on an especially large scale, but Yerlykov told Izvestia a different version of what was happening. This became known on May 17.

The media reported that he allegedly collected more than 72 million rubles from clients and pledged to take the children to the LT China 2026 theater festival in Beijing, but did not do so.

Yerlykov himself said that there is no question of fraud. According to him, the festival did take place, and most of the participants — about 700 people — reached China and received all the paid services.

The problems, according to the actor, arose due to force majeure with charter flights: at that moment, Chinese airlines were busy evacuating their citizens from the Middle East. Yerlykov claims that the children were accommodated in hotels, fed and tried to send them on other flights, and some of the funds have already been returned to their parents.

The actor considers what is happening to be "harassment" and a "commissioned story." He clarified that now the company continues to pay compensation to the remaining participants of the trip, and the claims allegedly come from one of the mothers, who began to massively contact the media and departments.

Yerlykov stressed that he is not hiding, is ready to show documents and calls the situation "a crisis of the company, not fraud."
