Russia has stated that the OSCE has no interest in the security dialogue

The OSCE shows no interest in dialogue with Russia on security in Europe. This was stated on May 17 by Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky.

"The European Union is not ready for this dialogue, and, accordingly, the Swiss, even intuitively, may feel that such a dialogue is needed, they will not contradict the line of the European Union, because then they find themselves on the other side of the anvil," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

It is noted that Switzerland, as the head of the OSCE in 2026, is not ready to initiate a discussion on this topic of the European security crisis, the causes of its occurrence and actions to avoid it.
