The unity of Russian veterans of different generations is the pride of the country. This was announced on May 16 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The parade took place. The President delivered a brilliant speech on Red Square. We have seen our heroes of the Special military operation (SVO). The veterans actually sat to the right and left of the president. The veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the veterans of the SVR are a unity of veterans from different generations, this is a reason for the pride of our whole country," Peskov stressed in an interview with Vesti news agency.
