The United States is transferring units of the First Cavalry Division from Texas to Poland. This was announced on May 16 by Director of the Polish National Security Bureau (BBN) Bartosz Grodecki.
"The current, fluctuating number of American troops is related to the ongoing rotation of American forces in our part of Europe. The rotation is led by the 1st U.S. Cavalry Division from Fort Hood, Texas," he said in a post on the social network X.
