The United States has paid attention to the modernization of the Russian Tu-160M

Russia is modernizing the Tu-160M bomber, equipping it with new technologies. This was reported on May 16 by Military Watch Magazine (MWM).

"The Russian Tu-160M Blackjack bomber is armed with six X-55CM cruise missiles. Each X-55CM cruise missile can carry a thermonuclear warhead with a capacity of 200 kilotons or a conventional high-explosive fragmentation warhead," the publication noted.

The magazine added that the Tu-160M is equipped with a new navigation system and a new generation autopilot.
