"We Germans, whether parliamentarians or public figures, want to keep in touch with Russia. It is very important that Germany talks with Russia now, and not when everything is over," von Bismarck said.

He also stressed that during conversations with both Russian and German officials, both sides speak: "We don't understand why we don't talk to each other anymore."

According to Bismarck, the blockade does not come from Russia, but from Germany. He stressed that the young people do not have enough strength to come forward and start moving.
