The Moscow Motorcycle Festival, dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, was held in the capital. The footage of the event on May 16 is published by Izvestia.

A huge "sea of motorcycles" has gathered on the observation deck on Vorobyovy Gory opposite Moscow State University, which cannot see the edge, the journalist noted.

Ilya Gudovkin, one of the bikers, shared in an interview with Izvestia correspondent Sergey Khaidarov that he expects a lot of positivity, excitement and drive from the festival.

"We are enjoying the trip, with such weather, with such a great mood, we came here in the expectation that this season will be as wonderful [as last], as intense, as rich in surroundings," he said.

In turn, another participant of the event, Viktor Kurbatov, told about a modern version of the Russian-made Ural motorcycle, which will pass through the center of the capital as part of a motorcycle rally.

"There used to be versions, everyone remembers, such metal ones, which are now difficult to find in good condition. And this is a modern model, which already has an injector, a starter, it is equipped with good music. That is, such a modern version from the past," Kurbatov emphasized.
