Russia offers BRICS to create a new investment platform for the development of joint projects. This was stated on May 15 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a plenary meeting in honor of the 20th anniversary of the organization.

"As a perspective on the instruments, Russia proposes to create a new investment platform that would allow accumulating significant funds, including through the use of digital assets, for the implementation of development projects in the space of our association," he said.
