The political scientist predicted an increasing trend in the dismissal of Ukrainian refugees in Europe

Vladimir Zharikhin, a political scientist and deputy director of the Institute of CIS Countries, expressed the opinion that the dismissal of Ukrainian specialists in European countries is becoming a trend that will only increase.

In conversation with Lenta.Ru On Friday, May 15, the expert noted that after the start of the special operation, many decisions were made according to a temporary scheme against the background of a special attitude towards refugees from Ukraine. According to him, they were provided with conditions that did not always meet the requirements of Polish legislation: in particular, to work as a doctor, they needed to know the language and have European-style licenses, whereas many had only diplomas from Ukrainian universities. Now, in his opinion, these temporary measures are beginning to be curtailed.

The expert believes that such processes will affect not only Poland, but also other European countries. At the same time, we are talking not only about doctors, but about specialists in various fields who do not have the necessary EU licenses. He added that this trend will intensify.
