Sweden has reported on the possible transfer of the detained Caffa vessel to Ukraine.

The Caffa cargo ship, detained by the Swedish authorities, may be transferred to Ukraine. This was reported on May 15 by TV4 TV channel with reference to the prosecutor's office.

It is noted that the Ukrainian supervisory authority requested the transfer of the vessel allegedly for investigation. According to Prosecutor Håkan Larsson, the decision to extradite the facility should be taken by the Swedish district Court.

"The ship is currently standing empty and closed in the port of Trelleborg, awaiting a decision on its possible transfer to Ukraine," the article says.
