Perepechi and kystyby will be cooked at the Moya Food food festival in Pskov
The Mrya Food gastronomic festival will be held in Pskov on May 23. Within its framework, master classes on cooking dishes from different nations will be organized.
As the Pskov news feed was told by the regional Theater and Concert directorate, the festival guests will be greeted by four culinary stations: Tatar kystyby with green onions, Belarusian dumplings with stuffing, Crimean chebureks and Udmurt perepechi with egg filling.
The food festival will be held in Stroiteley Park. Anyone can take part in its work.
At the end of April, it was reported that the Pskov Region and 11 other regions of the Northwestern and Central Federal Districts signed an agreement on the implementation of the historical, cultural and tourist project "The Great Russian Northern Way". All participants of the program prepare documents for obtaining the status of a "national tourist route". This is necessary to get attention from travelers and investors. The total length of the routes will be more than 3 thousand km.
