PJSC "Carsharing Russia" (Delimobil brand) has announced financial results for the first quarter of 2026. The company stressed that they had confirmed the success of the updated strategy launched at the end of 2025. It is focused on increasing the availability of service, cost control and increasing the utilization of the fleet.

By the end of the quarter, the number of minutes sold per car increased by 51% year-on-year. Revenue reached 6.6 billion rubles, and revenue per car increased by 14%. EBITDA amounted to 922 million rubles, an increase of 8% year-on-year, while the key EBITDA indicator for the car showed a significant increase of 23%. Net debt/EBITDA remained at the end of 2025, at 4.8x. The company continues to optimize costs: business expenses decreased by 45%, management expenses — by 9%.

"The results of the first quarter prove that our new strategy — affordable economy class carsharing, strict cost control and a focus on recycling - is working perfectly. We quickly adapted to market conditions and redistributed the fleet to the regions against the background of a cooling market in Moscow, thereby strengthening our position as a federal carsharing company. Starting from the second quarter, we plan to gradually expand our fleet, focusing on economy segment cars. Controlling all cost components will make it possible to maintain affordable tariffs for users without proportionally increasing costs," said Vincenzo Trani, founder and CEO of Delimobil.

According to the company, due to a 25% reduction in the cost of trips and a rate on the economy segment, some of the users who left in 2025 due to rising prices returned to the service. An additional positive factor was the increased utilization of the fleet and an increase in the average duration of trips.

Car repair and maintenance costs decreased by 10% due to effective cost control at our own service stations. At the same time, the increased load on the fleet did not affect the accident rate — on the contrary, insurance costs decreased by 20% year-on-year.
