Visitors to the Exhibition of achievements of the National Economy witnessed an unusual flash mob: Dozens of people in identical knitted berets, accompanied by a white goat, walked past the Druzhba Narodov fountain in the direction of the Lektoriy cinema. As it turned out later, a closed screening of the new series about the 80s "Oliva, Igor and Rex" with Elizaveta Arzamasova and Alexey Zolotovitsky took place in the "Lecture Hall", which will premiere on May 15 on the TV channel "The SUN".

The mini-tour of VDNKH was attended by leading actors Olivia Mintz and Artur Iskandaryan, as well as popular bloggers, actors and journalists. One of the features of the series "Oliva, Igor and Rex" is that there has never been a project on Russian television aimed at a family audience in which so many animals would take part. Each episode has a separate storyline involving animals, whether it's a horse named Joy, a shepherd named Rex, or a chicken named Coco.

"A lot of the filming process depended on the animals, because, for example, how you pick up a chicken is how it plays out. I'm playing a doctor in the project, and I'll say this: ten out of ten doctors recommend watching the series "Oliva, Igor and Rex" because it's about friendship, love and animals!", said Alexey Zolotovitsky, the performer of the role of Oliva's dad.

Near the "Lecture Hall", the tour participants found themselves in the cozy atmosphere of the series, namely in the courtyard of the 1980s. "Classics" and "rubber bands" on the asphalt, a parked retro car, soda cylinders and ice cream carts. And inside the cinema is the interior of a typical Soviet apartment: armchairs, carpets, drapes, a floor lamp, a radio, a coffee table with a newsstand and a tea set with polka dots. The director of the series, Alexander Zhigalkin, noted in his address the professional performance of young actors Olivia Mintz and Artur Iskandaryan, and emphasized that for him "Olive, Igor and Rex" is a very personal project, a true fairy tale about his own happy Soviet childhood of the 1980s.

At the Lecture Hall, the guests watched two episodes of the new project and agreed that the series was funny, very kind and extremely sincere. And the audience liked the musical accompaniment of the series so much that the last few minutes of the show were accompanied by continuous applause to the beat.

The surprise for the audience and the logical conclusion of the evening was the live performance of the orchestra, which performed several musical themes from the series.

A new family comedy series starring Elizaveta Arzamasova and Alexey Zolotovitsky. The action takes place in 1984. The precocious, erudite girl Olive, her faithful friend Igor and the intelligent shepherd Rex move from the village to the city. A kind story about a carefree Soviet childhood, true friendship and adventures with animals.

The premiere of the series will take place on the TV channel "The SUN" on May 15. The project is already available in online cinemas START, Okko and Ivy.
