The activists recommended that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation include modules on compulsory insurance for vehicle owners, information on the rights of victims of road accidents and "practical exercises with algorithms for actions in case of an accident" in the "Conversations about important things". According to him, the recommendations were prepared by the Commission on Demography, Protection of Family, Children and traditional family values and adopted following a general vote by members of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. The members of the OP believe that drivers and passengers do not have enough information about the rights and support measures for victims of road accidents due to "unsatisfactory coordination between medical organizations and law enforcement agencies," as well as with insurance companies, the note says. In addition to the Ministry of Education, various recommendations were sent to the government, the Interior Ministry, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Health and other departments.

Among the proposals: to study new mechanisms for informing victims of road accidents about their rights and the procedure for receiving insurance payments on the Gosuslug website; to conduct educational events about the procedure for dealing with accidents and the rights of victims to insurance payments for injuries; to add to the traffic regulations the obligation of the driver involved in an accident (with the dead or injured) to inform the injured about the current policy CTP; to develop a mechanism for promptly informing victims about insurance payments, etc.
