The head of the PSB stated the need for a contract base for regional producers

Enterprises of the reunified subjects of the Russian Federation should be connected to the production business schemes of large businesses, said Peter Fradkov, head of the PSB, Deputy Chairman of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia, during the plenary session of the 10th anniversary Congress of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia.

In his speech, Peter Fradkov summed up the results of the five-year joint work of the PSB and the Union of Machine Builders of Russia. Among the main areas of cooperation, he noted the implementation of the state defense order, work within the framework of the expert council on the development of financial instruments and non-financial measures to support defense industry enterprises of the State Duma Committee on Industry and Trade, the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Industry, as well as work in the reunified regions and the involvement of enterprises of these regions in all areas of the Union's activities.

Petr Fradkov mentioned the unconditional fulfillment of the state defense order, the continuation of joint work within the framework of the expert council on measures to support the defense industry, as well as the development of the financial infrastructure of the reunified regions together with the regional offices of the Union.

"Providing a long-term contract base for local enterprises remains an important task. It is necessary to integrate enterprises of reunified entities into the cooperative chains of large businesses," said the head of the PSB.

By the decision of the congress, Peter Fradkov was re-elected to the post of Deputy Chairman of the Russian Engineering Union.
