The expert named the sites in the risk zone for seizure in favor of the state

In the zone of the greatest risk for the possible seizure of land in favor of the state, there are real estate objects located separately (outside the boundaries of gardening associations), covered with forest plantations and with poor accessibility. Pavel Efanov, Chairman of the Board of the Association for the Development of Land and Property Relations, told Izvestia on May 15.

"Such sites may be located on slopes, in ravines, without perennial garden plantings, located in enclaves in forested areas, etc.," he explained.

According to the expert, it is possible to predict the appearance of disputed lands by analyzing and comparing the boundaries of municipalities, territories actually covered with forest plantations, and open information from the Rosreestr public services. It is important to pay attention to the number of offers for the sale of land.

Citizens should be wary of suspiciously low prices, and also take into account the location of the plots: it is worth considering refusing to buy if there is no asphalt road leading to the territories or they are located among forest plantations.
