President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky came to power with a promise to stop the war, but he did the exact opposite. This was announced on May 14 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"This is a regime that came to power led by Zelensky on the wave of its own promises to prevent the continuation of the war and stop the war. They did the exact opposite, they plunged their country into disaster," he said.
