The Dream Island indoor theme park continues to prepare for the launch of an expansion project — the phased opening of five new outdoor themed spaces is scheduled for summer 2026. The flagship facilities of the amusement park will be a 68-meter free-fall tower, a giant pendulum attraction with 360-degree rotation at the level of a 10-storey building, a monorail slide with a length of more than 600 meters with a speed of up to 70 km/h, water rafting from a height of a five-story building, a high-speed roller coaster with an LSM vertical launch system with a length of more than a kilometer and others.

All the Island of Dreams attractions were purchased from world leaders in the production of attractions, while most of the facilities were commissioned by the park and designed taking into account the parameters and concept of the Island of Dreams, as well as the climatic features of Moscow.

"Modern rides are complex engineering systems that combine mechanical and digital components. Each of them is equipped with programmable controllers and works based on data from dozens and hundreds of sensors. Our task is to ensure their stable and safe operation at all stages: from installation to daily operation. With the onset of stable plus temperature, all facilities underwent the deconservation procedure. Now we are preparing for the start-up and commissioning, during which the attractions will undergo a total of thousands of launches using special water-filling dummies. This will allow you to work out all operating modes and confirm the reliability of the equipment. After that, we will be ready for the procedure of mandatory state registration of attractions," adds Gleb Paul, Technical Director of the Island of Dreams.
