The crew of the 112 program of the REN TV channel was attacked in Moscow. The journalists arrived at a private medical office with a client, who said that it was the fault of these doctors that she partially lost her eyesight.

A REN TV correspondent and an operator came to Dr. Lebedeva, who gave the client an inter-eyebrow injection, which caused the woman to stop seeing with one eye. The journalist tried to ask the staff a few questions about the situation, but the film crew was suddenly attacked by an unknown man.

"You are nothing to me. Give me the camera and I'll take the microphone," the unidentified man said and pushed the correspondent away.

The journalist and cameraman called the police and an ambulance to the scene. The Interior Ministry is currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.

On March 25, employees of a company illegally selling "beautiful" license plates for cars attacked Alexey Poltoranin, a correspondent for Izvestia, who was investigating the activities of the Krasavaya Seria company. They brutally beat the journalist, tried to kidnap him and threatened to cut off his fingers.

Three people are involved in the criminal case. The first person involved, Pavel Poghosyan, the alleged director of the company, was arrested for two months on March 27. At the same time, Alexander Fomin was arrested. The "businessman" Artur Davydov was also sent to jail for two months. There was no remorse on their part.

Mikhail Mushailov, the lawyer of the injured journalist, clarified on April 13 that the defendants in the case of the attack could be prosecuted under a number of other articles — on unlawful imprisonment and unlawful access to computer information.
