About 115,000 students from among doctors and mid-level medical staff were trained at the Personnel Center of the Moscow Department of Health last year. This was stated in the Maks messenger by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"Moscow pays great attention to developing the human resources of healthcare workers," Sobyanin stressed. Thus, since the opening of the Personnel Center, it has developed more than 170 trainings and implemented 70 additional professional education programs, the mayor noted.

In the Personnel Center, specialists can update their knowledge on general medical practice, perinatology, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oncology, palliative care for children, emergency ultrasound and other areas, the head of the capital said. He stressed that more than 1.1 thousand units of the latest equipment make it possible to conduct training courses in almost all areas of modern medicine.

Sobyanin noted that the Personnel Center helps doctors determine an individual development trajectory and choose an educational program. In addition, the center evaluates the knowledge and skills of doctors when applying for employment, obtaining the status of "Moscow doctor", "Moscow nurse" and "Moscow medical brother".

In a separate block of the center, the development of socio-psychological and managerial skills is being discussed, Moskva24 notes. Thanks to this, doctors can learn how to avoid emotional burnout, manage stress, and communicate effectively with patients.

The personnel center of the Moscow Department of Health was launched in the capital in 2021. The opening ceremony was attended by Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, who called the center a "highlight in the system" of Moscow and Russian healthcare, TVC reports.
