This opinion was expressed by Evgeny Zlenko, project manager of the Polylog Group, in a conversation with Izvestia on May 14, commenting on the negotiations between Washington and Beijing.

The expert stressed that the United States has been building a global system based on financial and logistics control for decades, but China has learned to use this system more effectively than the United States itself.
