NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte intends to force the countries of the bloc to allocate part of their GDP to help Ukraine. This was reported by the Politico newspaper on May 12.

"Rutte called on the allies to allocate 0.25% of GDP to help Ukraine, thus seeking to ease the growing tensions within the alliance over aid to Kiev," the publication says.
