It will be a real creative battle for the artists. The new REN TV project "Salt. Legend" on May 15 will show a unique musical experiment, which has not yet been seen on Russian television. When it hurts to see white light, when the sky is crying rain, Russian rock is thundering. "Salt. Legend" is a show in which pop artists have to leave their comfort zone: perform a legendary hit, present a cover of a jury member's song and make a rock arrangement for their pop song.

The jury is authoritative: producer Viktor Drobysh, leader of "Agatha Christie" Vadim Samoilov, rapper and composer St. In addition, invited guests will evaluate each program: Mona, Sergey Burunov, Basta, Joseph Prigozhin and many other producers, composers and poets.

"I liked the scenery, I surprisingly liked the sound of the live performances themselves, I liked the company," said musician Anton Zavyalov (Ant).

Live sound, one take, no soundtrack — this venue, which is not inferior to concert halls, was created specifically for the project.

"Salt. Legend" is a show in which the audience is given a lot of attention. After the jury votes, these men in black come out of the shadows and make their choice for one artist or another," the Izvestia correspondent said.

Among the two dozen participants there are both ardent representatives of pop music - Polina Gagarina, Lucy Chebotina, Victoria Daineko, Irina Dubtsova, and alternative musicians — Jane Air or Wildways. There will also be those who have always teetered on the edge of pop and rock — Uma2rman. In addition, those for whom work on stage has always been in parallel with posts in video blogs will sing.

"I've had punk rock, just rock, even thrash metal. And only then I started my solo career," said singer Klava Coca.

And all of them were not afraid to try on leather jackets, spikes and sing in a new way.

"I like that pop artists treat this as a game, some as a challenge, but in any case they are doing some kind of expansion of themselves, and that's great!" said the leader of the Agatha Christie group, composer Vadim Samoilov.
