The model will appear at dealers in the near future, according to a statement from the brand's press service, which was received by Izvestia on May 14.
The Geely Coolray will be offered with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbo engine with a 147 hp (270 Nm) powertrain. The motor is paired with a seven-speed robot with two wet clutches. In addition, the new Coolray can be distinguished by its special 18-inch black discs and red calipers. The car will be available in an exclusive purple mother-of-pearl (Unicorn Grey) color with a contrasting black roof.
The equipment list includes a full package of winter options, including electric windshield heating. The interior is finished in black eco-leather with contrasting red inserts, and the front doors have atmospheric lighting. There is a panoramic roof with a curtain and a sunroof, transparent sun visors, wireless charging for gadgets, an all-round camera system with a "transparent chassis" function, rear parking sensors, an electric driver's seat, separate air ducts in the second row, and an electric trunk door.
The crossover also has an 8.8-inch digital dashboard and a 14.6-inch multimedia system screen with support for Apple Carplay and Android Auto over the wire. The list of safety functions and assistants includes, among other things, traffic sign recognition systems, tire pressure monitoring, lane keeping, and intelligent cruise control. The model is equipped with six airbags, two of which are side curtain type.
