The autograph of the last poem of the great Russian poet Sergei Yesenin "The Black Man" is included in the State Register of Unique Documents. This was reported on May 14 in the press service of the Federal Archive.

"The State Register has been updated with an autograph of S.A. Yesenin's latest poem, "The Black Man." This is a manuscript in graphite pencil on eight sheets with the signature "Sergey Yesenin". As indicated by the handwriting of the poet's last wife, Sofya Andreevna Tolstoy-Yesenina, in the lower left corner, it was "recorded and completed on November 12 and 13, 1925, Moscow," but the text partially follows the old spelling.: "A prim man," reports TASS.

The Rosarchive noted that the poet had read "The Black Man" to fans back in the fall of 1923. Later, in November 1925, the work was revised, but the manuscript of the original version of the poem has not been preserved to this day.

A solemn ceremony of unveiling a monument to Sergei Yesenin was held in the city of Golubovci, a suburb of the capital of Montenegro. The event on May 9 was timed to coincide with the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII).
