Moscow has imposed restrictions on the distribution of text, photo and video materials about the consequences of terrorist acts and attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). As a result, the fine for posting information about terrorist attacks and UAV strikes in the capital can reach 200 thousand rubles. This was reported on the website on May 13. mos.ru .

According to the new rules, the media, government agencies, emergency services, and citizens are prohibited from publishing information about terrorist attacks in the city until official information is available. The primary sources should be the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the official website of the mayor and the government of Moscow, as well as personal channels and blogs of the head of the city on the Internet.

The ban includes information about the consequences of attacks using drones and other means of destruction, as well as information about actions that harm the health of citizens or damage property and critical infrastructure. The restrictions will remain in effect until a special decision is made to lift them.

At the same time, the rules do not apply to appeals to law enforcement agencies and emergency services, if such messages are not of a public nature.

Violation of the established prohibition is subject to administrative liability under Article 15.5 of the Moscow City Code of Administrative Offences. For citizens, the fine will range from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles. Officials face penalties ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles, and legal entities — from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles.

On April 27, the information center of the government of the Tyumen Region announced a ban on the distribution of images and videos of drone applications, as well as their consequences. It was clarified that the publication of the use and consequences of air defense and electronic warfare equipment, as well as unmanned aircraft of the Russian Army, was also prohibited.
