- The building of the Minutka station in Kislovodsk was recognized as a cultural heritage
The building of the Minutka railway station in Kislovodsk was recognized as a monument of urban planning and architecture. It was included in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Sites (UOC) by the Stavropol Territory Department for the Preservation and State Protection of UOC. The relevant order is posted on the legal information portal.
Previously, the building was on the list of identified windows. The borders are located a few meters from the facades. Economic activity is allowed here, which does not contradict the preservation of the building, work to preserve it, its individual elements and the historical and urban environment.
It is forbidden to build capital construction facilities, increase the spatial characteristics of buildings that have already been built, and carry out various types of work, except for those aimed at preserving the facility.
The 1950s building is located on Main Street. It is a symmetrical rectangular one-story building with a second-light volume, open terraces, and a four-sided roof. The roof is pitched with wooden rafters and a crate, covered with smooth metal.
The composition and design of facades, the shape and size of window and door openings, supporting pillars with notches, shaped consoles and a crowning frieze with niches are under protection, writes IA StavropolMedia.
Earlier it was reported that in Zheleznovodsk, the subject of protection for the house church, a chapel built in 1903-1908, was officially approved. The corresponding order was signed by the Department for the Preservation of cultural Heritage of the Stavropol Territory. We are talking about a monument in the village of Inozemtsevo on the territory of the railway station.
