Roman Reinhardt, Associate Professor of the MGIMO Department of Diplomacy at the Russian Foreign Ministry, named on Wednesday, May 13, politicians who could hypothetically mediate negotiations between the European Union (EU) and Russia to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
