Nutritionist Irina Pisareva told how to lose weight at home. In an interview with Radio 1 on Wednesday, May 13, the specialist noted that a personalized approach to nutrition and health remains inaccessible to many Russians due to the high cost of tests. According to her, genetic tests, microbiome studies and extended examinations can cost tens of thousands of rubles.

At the same time, the nutritionist noted that you can start taking care of your health without expensive research. She advised avoiding processed foods and fast food, choosing whole foods more often, monitoring the balance of protein and fiber in the diet, eating more slowly and chewing food thoroughly.

The expert also recommended keeping a food diary for at least a week and not waiting for a quick result, since the formation of healthy habits takes time. According to her, even such simple steps can help move the situation off the ground.
