In the Ufa district of Bashkiria, after a violation of the technological process, an explosion occurred at a linear production control station, followed by a strong fire. This was reported on May 13 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region.

"The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkortostan received information about a fire near the village of Nurlino, Ufa district. The forces and means of the Ufa fire and rescue garrison were immediately sent to the site," the department said.

Measures have been taken to contain and eliminate the fire, and all emergency services are on site.
