They will be available even if there is no connection or Wi-Fi. According to experts, such a system will only increase the digital security of citizens.

"Receiving notifications of various kinds from different services at Max will greatly improve the quality of life while using the whitelist. This is especially important ahead of the holiday season," said IT and fintech expert Sergey Vilyanov.

In addition, important messages will no longer be lost among spam and promotional mailings. The system involves the creation of two folders: "Confirmation codes" and "Useful notifications". You will not be able to view this information on a locked smartphone screen.
