Instead of rotating, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) sent soldiers of the 72nd separate mechanized Brigade (OMBR) from the Kharkiv region to the Sumy region. This was reported on May 13 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
It is noted that because of this, the Ukrainian militants began to complain about the cancellation of vacations and the inability to fully relax after withdrawing from previous positions.
"Units of the 72nd Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, deployed from the Kharkiv region, were transferred to the Sumy region," the source told RIA Novosti.
