Putin meets with Minister of Economic Development Reshetnikov
On May 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov in the Kremlin.
During the conversation, the minister informed the President about the positive trends in the country's economy.
"Over the past three years, our economy has grown by 10% in real terms," Reshetnikov said.
He also stressed that Russia ranks fourth in the world in terms of purchasing power parity and plans to maintain this position in the near future.
The Minister noted that the development of the Russian economy is cyclical: after the stages of growth, there usually comes a period of stabilization.
