Thousands and tens of thousands of Ukrainians who settled in Europe after 2022 are interested in moving to Russia. This was announced on May 13 by Gennady Ovechko, Director of the Department for Work with Compatriots Abroad at the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"We are talking about thousands and tens of thousands of people who are interested," he told RIA Novosti.
