The interrogation of singer Linda in the framework of the criminal case against Andrey Cherkasov, CEO of the Jam music publishing house, has ended. A source told Izvestia about this on May 12.

"The ongoing events have ended," the source said.

No other details have been reported so far.

Together with Linda, according to Izvestia, her director Mikhail Kuvshinov and Daria Shamova, director of Profit LLC, were interrogated.

The singer's interrogation became known earlier that day. Linda's detention is connected with the investigation of the criminal case of Cherkasov, who is accused of fraud.

A source from Izvestia had previously reported that searches were taking place in the office of Profit LLC, Andrey Cherkasov's second company, located on the site of the former office of the Jam publishing house and in the office of Top 7 Company LLC, which belongs to Cherkasov's wife. According to him, the searches are directly related to the singer's detention, as Daria Shamova, director of Profit LLC, and Linda appropriated Maxim Fadeev's rights to Linda's songs with the help of forged documents.
