Four officials from the Labor Party in the UK have resigned over Prime Minister Keir Starmer's refusal to leave his post amid a loss of confidence in parliament. This was reported on May 12 by The Guardian newspaper.
"This morning I sent my resignation letter to the Prime Minister. I urge the Prime Minister to do the right thing in the interests of the country and the party and set a timetable for an orderly transition of power," the newspaper quoted the Minister for Decentralization, Faith and Communities, Miatta Fanbulleh, who was the first to leave her post.
